Quincy Center side street repaved but still not quite redone, Part Two

Yet again Quincy Quarry took the over and so took the pot on this latest running late City of Quincy project.

Granted, the Quarry’s touts laid off some action via a cannot lose straddle when they picked up a sudden uptick in action taking the under and so limited the take, no one ever goes broke taking a profit.

While the long overdue for a redo of a local street that was essentially paved with a patchwork of potholes has been repaved, the project is not completed as asphalt was used for a surely temporary sidewalk patch amidst the otherwise new concrete laid on one side of the redone street.

That and how most of the sidewalk on the other side of the street has disappeared.

In either event as regards calling the bets in favor of the house, Quincy Quarry’s overgrowing legions of loyal readers can count on the summer intern assigned to monitor the situation to continue to do so and so all but assuredly be able to further exposé what Quarry readers can only reasonably assume will continue to be slow progress and at minimum curious quality assurance of this local municipal infrastructure project.
