Not a pothole in sight for a change

Quincy Center side street repaved but still not quite redone.

In short, yet again par for the Koch.

The repaving of the short-run of street in Quincy Center that is Saville Avenue that had long been paved with essentially but a patchwork of pothole repairs has been accomplished. 

Additionally, most of the work was completed faster than Quincy Quarry and others had expected what with the past as prologue.

Suspected reasons for the (relatively, ed.) quick work included that Quincy Quarry knows that the Koch Maladministration has peeps following the Quarry so as to know when to endeavor to attempt to effect damage control.

That and thus also perhaps endeavoring to Q the Quarry financially as its touts were taking the over on this project’s projected completion date.

What the forces of darkness did not realize, however, is that the Quarry’s touts monitor the action and thus laid off bets via a no can lose straddle.

Granted, such reduced the maximum potential take; at the same time, no one ever went broke taking a profit.

Plus, with some work obviously not properly completed as well as a known to Quincy Quarry-related problem, the Quarry is looking likely to score the best possible outcome at this point on its latest winning play.

Then again, it is only fair to note that the house always wins.
