Quincy Quarry Police Scanner Snippet: Drug Bust in Quincy Point

Quincy Quarry’s senior Citizen Police Scanner Monitor picked up police radio chatter late this afternoon of a drug bust in the vicinity of 500 Washington Street and thus just west of Washington Street’s intersection with Southern Artery,.

While details are scarce at this time, it would appear that the bust may have been a joint Quincy Police and US Drug Enforcement Agency operation.

In any event, three Quincy Police Department detectives were said to be on the scene.

“Have something to share or do you want to go away for a while? A long while.”

At the same time, there was no word heard of an arrest.  In turn, such would indicate a strong possibility that the suspected drug dealer(s) possibly rolled on those up the dealer’s drug distribution food chain.
