Breaking badly bad news continues to break upon Quincy.
Quincy Quarry’s Citizen Police Scanner Monitor picked up word of a drug overdose fatality in Quincy Wednesday night.
Unfortunately, no further detail was heard such as where the death occurred.
Similarly, to the best of Quincy Quarry’s knowledge, the City of Quincy is not making drug overdose data that does not disclose the names of those overdosing available so that locals can have some sense as to how the opioid crisis is playing out in Quincy.
Regardless, it does not look good as far as the denizens of the Quincy Quarry Newsroom can tell.
Hope they put more drug programs for people who want to get clean.
So much for Mayor Koch’s Task Force! I wonder where the money allocated in the budget for this goes.
