Monday afternoon in Quincy Point was disrupted by a 911 call apparently called into police by a school guidance counselor at Point Webster Middle around 3 pm regarding a man with a rifle.

The venue of the concern per the police radio chatter was on Grafton Street.

Quincy Police Car 784 appears to have been the first unit on the scene, Car 777 second with more units rolling to the scene as well as surely including Quincy Police Special Operations personnel and their equipment.

Radio chatter further indicated shots may have fired.

The only good news about this fast-breaking breaking badly bad news© is that school had probably already let out for the day before call was made to the police department.
