First up, the Farmers’ Almanac predicted a colder and snowier winter in New England this winter than has been the case for at least a few recent winters a couple of months after the Koch Maladministration opted to cut the City of Quincy’s snow and ice removal budget for this upcoming winter season per a rationale of climate change.
