Twenty-five years ago today the Chocolate Chip Cookie was named the Official Cookie of Massachusetts to honor its creation at the now-former Tollhouse Inn in Whitman Massachusetts in 1938.

That and so making chocoholics happy campers!

After all, few things bring a smile to most everyone more than does a fresh out of the oven still warm chocolate chip cookie.
