Buring Quincy Mayor Thomas P. Koch’s presentation of his proposed Fiscal Year 2023 budget last night to the City Council, he said that it would be made available today.
Well after the 4:30 pm close of business in Quincy’s City Hall today, however, Mayor Koch’s proposed FY 2023 budget was nowhere to be found.
With the past as prologue, Quincy Quarry suspects that the books are still being cooked.

Wow, a red flag before the city budget is even released.
The details of the multi-million dollar cyberheist are still intentionally being kept from the public, and now the city budget is MIA. I see a pattern.
