Quincy Quarry News Weekly Fish Wrap: Quincy Quarry scores another trafficking record!

After recently setting a 75,000-page views record several weeks ago, this past week Quincy Quarry scored some serious trafficking on Tweeter over its exposé on how the roof of the but two-and-a-half-year-old rebuilt MBTA Wollaston Red Line station is still leaking two years after Quincy Quarry covered a featured report by the WBZ Channel 4 I-Team on how the then six months old new station’s roof was leaking.

One would think that two years was more than plenty of time to fix a leaking roof, but apparently not.

In any event, how much Twitter traffic did the Quarry see over this story?

A lot.  A whole lot.

On one hand, the Quarry’s latest tweet about the leak was retweeted by its media brethren at the Universal Hub.

And on the other, the MBTA subsequently responded to the Quarry’s leak tweet exposé a day and a half later.

Ooops!!!

Needless to say, Quincy Quarry’s evergrowing legions of loyal readers can count on the Quarry to circle back around to the Wollaston MBTA Red LIne station after a healthy rainstorm in a few months to check for only to be expected leaks.

After all, we’re talking the T.

Next up was another gimme that all but wrote itself: covering a story about Greater Boston Uber customers are also Massholes when they are riding in the backseat.

And then to finish out the week with easy pickings, Quincy Quarry News did its only to be expected number on the latest round of Koch Maladministration snow jobs.

After all, it is school vacation week and thus some in the Quincy Quarry News newsroom need some easy pickings what with short staffing this week as well as the need to deal with childcare.
