Latest Snow Jobs Exposéd, Part 4: Snow Team Six slacking on snow clearing?
While out and about Saturday morning to assess the impact of the snowfall from the end of the week thirty-six hour-long light snowfall event, a Quincy Quarry News crew was shocked to see that Quincy Square’s obsessive/compulsive Kim Jong Koch Plaza Snow Team Six was falling short of its usual obsessive clearing of snow from the plaza.
Way short. In fact, the shortfall was arguably approaching but the level of regular Department of Public Works workers.
Not only was Snow Team Six’s clearing lax at best, but Team Six also let things pile up in front of old City Hall.
Big time pile piling up.
Granted, the expected clear and relatively warmer weather over this weekend will likely melt away the snow piled up on the mayor’s City of Quincy ride, however, sloppy lazy is still sloppy lazy, not to mention there is the remote chance that Mayor Koch might opt to work at City Hall over the weekend rather than working remotely at home.
Then again, it is not like a weekend workday at the office is likely for Quincy’s peerless mayor.
Unless a photo op can be scored that is.
In any event, a Snow Team Six member cruising about in one of the team’s two near new tricked-out mini snowplows fled the scene of the slacking when a Quincy Quarry News staff photographer endeavored to photograph this slacker slacking.
Fortunately, as well as amazingly, this Snow Team member did not endeavor to run over the Quincy Quarry photographer.
That and so only further infuriating capos in the Koch Machine.
