Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker makes himself available for questions during an hour-long COVID press conference.

Unlike Quincy Mayor Tom Koch, today Governor Baker stepped up to the podium for his second extended press conference in two weeks to address both recent events and pending next steps as pertain to worsening COVID-19 infections rates.

While the governor also entertained unrelated questions about other matters, his primary focus was to lay out what is planned to ramp up the rate of COVID-19 vaccinations and so seek to thwart the long-ongoing pandemic.
