– Quincy Massachusetts News from Quincy Quarry News with commentary added.
Quincy Mayor Koch’s latest COVID-19 Update YouTube finally posted on the City of Quincy’s website.
After Quincy Quarry News first exposéd the fact that Quincy Mayor Thomas P. Koch had failed to post a local COVID-19 Update on the City of Quincy website for eight days while Quincy was in the throes of Cod Red risk alert status, yesterday the Koch Machine finally promulgated a quick, brief and flawed update as well as then rolled it out after the regular close of business time for City Hall.
At the same time, while Team Koch did distribute the latest YouTube update via Twitter, it overlooked posting the YouTube on the city’s website and which Quincy Quarry then exposéd via follow-up coverage.
Mayor Koch – Quincy, COVID Update Wed, 12-30. New cases today is 74. 2-week daily new case average 54.2. 1 week daily new case average 53.6. Positivity rate is 5.9%. Active is 628. Total is 4416. Recovered is 3562. Deaths are at 141. Status is red. https://t.co/64jwhRjT1f

In turn, the mayor’s COVID-19 YouTube was finally posted to the City of Quincy website by midafternoon today, Better late than never, etc.
At this point, Quincy Quarry News cannot prove that its coverage of these two COVID-19 update Q-ups pressed the Koch Maladministration to first slap together a quick update video and then eventually post it to the city’s website.
At the same time, the Quarry can state without any fear of rebuke that the mayor’s update was posted in time to beat the release of this week’s Massachusetts Department of Public Health COVID-19 weekly update and so provide foistable cover to the maladministration when the weekly update is released and if it provides only to be reasonably expected bad news for the Q.
