Given the silence by Quincy Mayor Thomas Koch over Friday’s student walkout at Quincy High School to protest the racist and sexual harassment of students, Quincy Quarry is instituting a shot clock on Mayor Koch until he might actually make a statement about metastasizing problems within local public schools.
