After first pulling off blowout upset broomings of Quincy Mayor Thomas Koch’s now former supermajority slate of obsequious vassals on the Quincy City Council by mostly newcomers via local elections two months ago, election victories which were then followed by the winning challengers installation into office two weeks ago, the Rebel Alliance looks to be hitting the ground running tomorrow night at the first regular meeting of the what will be the council’s 84th session so as to land yet another hit to the soft underbelly of La Kocha Nostra.
And for some edification, be sure to also note that while Quincy has had a city council for thirty years longer that it has had a mayor, this will be the first time that the council will be majority female.
Needless to say, no quarter will be accorded to City Hall’s long dining at the public trough bad ol’ boys.
In any event, the new supermajority of the city council, along with varying support by the minority council members will be submitting a variety of ordinances for formal and public consideration by the council at later dates.
For the most part, the proposed ordinances call for transparency, accountability, and fiscal responsibility from primarily the Koch Maladministration after years of its obscurification as well as doing pretty much as it wishes.
And as for the rest of the ordinances asks, such boils down to seeing the mayor’s consigliere answer things he has long not done in spite of the fact that as the City Solicitor his obligation is take care of municipal legal issues to the best interests of local residents, including city councillors..
Needless to say, the maladministration is not looking forward to actual, proper as well as well-deserved oversight.

City Hall’s Yellow Naked Mole Rate
Yes, an actual animal
In fact, care of Quincy Quarry News’ yellow rat mole, the Quarry came to know that none of capos of La Kocha Nostra are looking forward to having to deal with the new installed supermajority opposition on the City Council.
None of them whatsoever.
Needless to see, Quincy Access Television will thus surely soon become must see local cable TV most every other week during essentially the school year, especially what with Monday National Football League Monday Night games over until next season.
