— Quincy Massachusetts News by Quincy Quarry News – News, Opinion and Commentary
Last night around 8 pm, Quincy Quarry News’ senior Citizen Police Scanner Monitor picked up a curious stream of chatter until things then went quiet.
Or, to be more correct, went off line.
Apparently a call went out calling for police assistance at 311 Hancock for something unspecified with police assets then rolling to the scene.
311 Hancock Street is the address for the North Quincy fire station and the call for assistance clearly suggested an incident of some sort or another.
Further curious was word heard over the police radio channel to go offline via cellphone communication as regards matters.
Needless to say, Quincy Quarry News’ ever-growing legions of loyal readers can count on the Quarry to follow this story and report updates as might be possible.
of course like your website but you have to check the spelling on several of your posts. A number of them are rife with spelling issues and I in finding it very troublesome to inform the reality on the other hand I will certainly come back again.
Carol,
Quincy Quarry is well-aware of the fact that editing shortfalls happen during the rush to publish its stories so as provide the news as it breaks as well as all too often badly in Quincy.
Accordingly, the Quarry endeavors to circle back around post publication to do post publication editing as needed when time permits.
It also on occasion undertakes some light benevolent editing on comments posted by readers of the Quarry and something which is noted within the Quarry’s disclaimer and submissions terms of service.
In, short, we are all human.
Finally, QQ Tech is looking into editing tool plug-ins but so far it hasn’t found one that can satisfactorily cope with snarky text.
