On the first day after yesterday’s but rainy Snow Day local public schools closings, Quincy Quarry’s senior Citizen Police Scanner Monitor heard word that Quincy Public Schools bus 4119 was apparently involved in a multiple vehicle accident.
The police radio chatter indicated that the accident occurred in the vicinity of Dimmock Street and Presidential Lane this morning shortly before 8 am.
Word was also heard of multiple injuries as well as multiple vehicles involved.
No indication, however, of the extent of injuries so incurred or the damage done to the vehicles involved was heard, much less some sense as to how the accident happened.
