Seven workers to fill a salt bin the MBTA WAY!

After Quincy Quarry’s exclusive coverage about multiple people going down hard from slipping on ice near the Quincy Center MBTA station care of a well-forecast freezing rain during the evening commute yesterday, Quincy Quarry News personnel just happened up MBTA personnel refilling the T’s salt bin at its Quincy Center station while out and about on the mean as well as recently frigid streets of Quincy looking for the news of the day.
Also gobsmackingly apparent was how the MBTA tasked seven employees to do the job in typical T fashion given that the MBTA has been facing staffing shortages in the wake of COVID.
