With a nor’easter bearing down on Massachusetts, the Quincy Police Department has announced that a snow emergency has been declared starting at 9 pm this evening and then continuing until the police decide to lift its intertwined parking ban.

Accordingly, those who park on the ever-increasingly mean streets of Quincy thus need to take heed of the storm emergency street parking rules if they do not want to be hit with a towing charge.
That and going without a ride until one can make bail on the towing and parking ticket charges.
