For at least the third time in a week in Quincy, a pedestrian was struck by a motor vehicle.

This latest pedestrian whacking occurred at roughly 2:20 PM this afternoon in the vicinity of 216 Quincy Avenue at Richard Street and which is opposite the Quincy Center side of the Kan Man Plaza parking lot.
