Quincy police radio chatter noted a rollover at the intersection of McGrath Highway and Washington shortly before 10:30am this morning.

Details are scare given earlier day drinking than usual in the Quincy Quarry News newsroom as today is the day for the Quarry’s annual office holiday season bacchanal.

Accordingly, the Quarry’s City Editor decided to not send out a news crew to the accident scene, especially as the photographer on duty was already in his cups.

In any event, Quincy Quarry will revisit things tomorrow so as to endeavor to find out if the rollover was care of a frantic last minute Christmas shopper driving too fast, the result of a collision with another vehicle, or perhaps from swerving too abruptly to avoid a pothole along this well-worn run of road.
