Quincy police respond to sorts of calls for all manner of assistance.
One such call picked up last night by Quincy Quarry News’ Police Scanner Monitor, however, was a call for service well past even the unusual.
Apparently, a local resident who had been surfing adult video sites via a cellphone and so picked up a virus.
Fortunately, it was only a software virus infection.
Even so, such a virus is still a problem and the infected party called the Quincy Police Department for assistance.
Do not surf the Internet without a jimmy wrapper!

In turn, Quincy Police Department personnel first addressed the virus and then explained to the victim how to engage in safe cyber (sex, ed.) security going forward.
In short, strong work to help out a strong hand.
