This past week was the sort of week that drove the hard-drinking Quincy Quarry newsroom denizens to drink even more.

The key problem: QQ tech did some spring cleaning and thus some dust bunnies hit the fan.

All sorts of bunnies as well as speed bumps and roadkill.

Especially roadkill and which everyone knows only gets flatter.

As such, the promised and arguably first formal proactive investigation journalism piece by Quincy Quarry News promised to be published this week will be delayed until next week.

Oh well.

Fortunately, there is some good news about this delay: those who know that somehow or other they will surely end up exposéd one way or another will continue to be sweating for another week.

In the meanwhile, Quincy Quarry News covered a story how Boston 25 worked a story about dirt in the Q to start the week.

Next up, the Quarry pointed out how Quincy’s peerless mayor looks to have gone 0 for at least 3 when it comes to making a(n above board, ed.) financial hit.

Oh so pointedly pointed out.
