Frozen Kim Jong Koch Plaza overnight Snow Team Six members?

Last night into this morning’s storm ended up on the warmer side of expectations after sunrise.
As a result, the slushy overnight snow and sleet was hit by rain early this morning and so most paved services were thus all but washed clear of snow as well as did not freeze as was forecast as a possibility.
As such, Quincy Quarry’s Photo Recon Team Six did not hit the ever-increasing mean and lately also wet streets of Quincy at dawn’s first light.
Rather, Photo Recon Team Six conducted a drive-by shooting on its way another assignment and thus found what provided the basis for this Quarry story.
One finding was the sign of some snow plowing ending up leaving snow behind than if Snow Team Six had not down anything.
Also found was the apparent spreading of salt on Kim Jong Koch Plaza even though the slush was at most minimal.
Conversely, there were clear signs of an early morning plowing of the City Hall VIPs’ parking lot that ended up packing down slush into ice that mostly likely would have washed away during this morning’s rain if had simple been left alone or no more than just treated with salt.
Then again, the appearance of doing something all but invariably outweighs doing the right thing, including not doing anything when such is the correction option, as far as the Koch Maladministration is concerned.
The real acid test will happens overnight tonight as today’s precipitation returned to snowing midday as the temperature steadily dropped as well as continued to do so through at least Saturday.
While not much snow is expected, the consensus expectation is tomorrow morning will likely feature a thin coat of ice on most everything.
