The MBTA is maintaining its breaking badly bad news© streak with its first day of this week’s bad news.

This week’s bad news opened up with not only the first workday shutdown of Green Line E Line rail service for a major makeover, but also comes word that a woman was struck by a Commuter Rail train in Weymouth last night around 9 PM.

While details are limited, the woman was transferred by ambulance to a hospital with serious injuries.
