The MBTA Transit Police report that its personnel arrested a woman earlier this week for allegedly mugging an eighty-four-year-old wheelchair-bound man in Roxbury near Nubian Square.

Bystanders notified police of the incident so facilitated the arrest.
The perp was then placed in custody on charges of Unarmed Robbery as well as Assault and Battery on an Elderly Person and then transported to Transit Police headquarters for booking.
Unfortunately, there is no basis for adding an additional charge for allegedly committing the lowest sort of street crime of at least the month of May.
