In any event, while the Quarry is continuing to work leads as well as otherwise work things behind the scene, fully half of what little the Quarry published this past week was yet another exposé of the unending or at least long ongoing sodding of both turf and local taxpayers care of problems with the design, if not also both the care and use, of Kim Jong Koch Plaza.

Then again, the incessant sodding does make for ready filler for the Quarry to abuse whenever things are quiet and there is little quieter than the week in New England which features Indigenous Peoples’ Day, née Columbus Day.

Wide-open city-owned parking lot next to the Quincy Center T station

Even so, the Quarry did happen onto a bit of controversy: how after spending $4 million to buy a parking lot in parking-scare Quincy Center a couple of months ago, the Koch Maladministration has so far inexplicably failed to officially make it available for parking by the public.

WTQ?

Then again, what with capos and higher in La Kocha Nostra as well as visitors from the allied families already long have designated parking spaces, such undermines the potential for their having any understanding of the suffering of locals who pay the taxes that pay their salaries.
