In a development with which local taxpayers can surely relate, turf adjacent to Kim Jong Koch Plaza took a beating care of Quincy Mayor Thomas P. Koch’s hosting of a well into six figures private gala featuring an open bar and filet mignon on the dinner menu.
Needless to say, Quincy Quarry News’ ever-growing legions of loyal readers can count on the Quarry newshounds monitoring the scene should the Koch Maladministration opt to yet again sod local taxpayers by yet another resodding of this expanse of turf.
After all, exposé ops are winding down as regards Mayor Koch’s extravagant private party Friday night past and then his less than well-attended as expected dedication event spending the next morning, and thus the Quarry has to hit the ever-increasingly mean streets of the Q to find new things to exposé.
Don’t be surprised if Koch tries to perpetrate some far-fetched scheme to utilize Covid relief funds to repair this damage.
