Quincy Center sodding of taxpayers by the Koch Maladministration continues.

On top of a recent small sodding that is not expected to last all that long as well as an expected massive sodding after an 11,200 square foot giant temporary event pavilion, along with two other large tents erected nearby, that have been erected on the turf adjacent to Quincy’s two city halls is taken down and then so exposés expected to be dead turf, two workers were found to be focused on resodding a tiny bit of turf at the base of a flag pole adjacent to the Church of the Presidents yesterday morning.

At this point, surely even Felix Unger has to be thinking enough already.
