Quincy’s Kim Jong Koch Plaza Snow Team Six goes on a Road Trip?

While out and about looking for news on the ever-increasingly mean streets of Quincy Center, Quincy Quarry News personal happened upon an interesting photo opportunity.

Specifically, a mini tractor exactly like those used by KIm Jong Kong Plaza’s Snow Team Six was found out and about without license plates as well as parked in a no-parking zone right next to what clearly appeared to be an unmarked city maintenance truck that was also illegally parked in the general vicinity of the Quincy District Courthouse.

No plates, no markings, no parking zone, and no personnel to be seen …

No sight of personnel tied to these rides, however, during the time that Quarry personnel monitored the scene.

In any event, it is Quincy Quarry’s understanding of motor vehicle laws in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts that the mini tractor should not be driving on public streets, much less parking illegally along with one.

Then again, in Quincy, Quincy Quarry’s ever-growing legions of loyal readers know that the motor vehicle code plays out differently locally.
