Quincy City Hall’s Dancing Waters not dancing?

Kim Jong Koch Plaza’s homage to the Dancing Waters at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas would appear to be hors de combat.

Quincy Quarry considered reaching to the City of Quincy to ask why the fountain was coned off and out of service; however, even the lowliest intern at the Quarry has better things to do than end up stuck on hold interminably.

Accordingly, the Quarry can only opt to assume that the problem might be that the spray nozzles of the barely two-year-old and change fountain may have suffered freeze damage over the winter.
