Man rescued after being trapped for two days in a Quincy quarry

Man rescued after being trapped for two days in a Quincy quarry.

A hiker heard the man calling out in pain.  Following a call for first responder assistance, Quincy Fire Department personnel then effected a successful rescue ant the man was transported to the hospital for treatment of a variety of non-life threatening injuries.

Contrary to rumors that the person was being held against his will at the Quincy Quarry News offices for two days, the man did – in fact – instead stumble and fall into one of the old Quincy granite quarries along Ricciuti Drive in West Quincy. 

The Quarry can only assume that someone confused how long Quincy Quarry might care to grill Quincy Mayor Thomas P. Koch about his doings and most especially misdoings in the Q with this fortunately good outcome on something that could have instead gone badly.
