Curiosity may have killed the cat, but clicking links in suspicious emails can result in suffering all manner of problems, including a potential trip to a reeducation camp.

How big is the danger? 

For but example, not only can financial and all manner of other sorts of pain result from biting on a phishing email, companies have their IT department send fake emails to their employees to test them.

In turn, any employee who clicks on the link bait in the test email not only fail the test but also end up subjected to training.
