Beaches In Massachusetts to open on Memorial Day with Social Distancing practices required.

Yah, right.  Like that is going to happen.

Expectations include there should be a minimum of 12 feet between blankets of different groups and no more than 10 people can gather together. 

No word, however, where and how lifeguards will be able to pack crowd control equipment in their speedos.

Further, organized ball games such as volleyball, Kan Jam, spikeball, football, soccer, and bocce, are not allowed. 

Not specifically noted, however, is an admonition against playing Frisbee®, although one could reasonably assume that it was clearly implied.

That and the long ongoing prohibition against bringing adult libations to public beaches remains in place.
