Fall River Mayor Jasiel Correia II, already facing numerous federal felony charges, faces primary election challengers tomorrow.
Mayor Correia is facing a three way tomorrow, albeit probably not the sort of three way he might prefer.
While Correia is also fighting the Fall River City Council’s vote last week to suspend him from office given his multiple arrests and indictments by federal authorities.over alleged corruption, perhaps tomorrow voters will at least decide to make Correia a lameduck while he most likely awaits multiple trips to court in the coming weeks and months.
Needless to say, Quincy Quarry’s ever-growing legions of fiercely loyal readers can count on it to monitor tomorrow’s election results in Fall River and then report on them as only the Quarry has the stones to do.
