Quincy Center traffic light knocked sideways.

In what is clearly a not readily explicable event this time, another Quincy Center traffic signal got whacked sideways.

How inexplicable?

This particular traffic light would clearly appear to be placed safely out of harm’s way as it is not near the street, any large trees and/or power lines as well as that the nature of the damage hard to explain.

Quincy Quarry considered reaching out to the City of Quincy’s somewhat newly established Department of Traffic, Parking, Alarm and Lighting (“TPAL”).

However, since TPAL cannot do anything about local traffic or the long ongoing loss of parking in Quincy Center, the Quarry figured why bother asking about this latest Department of Traffic, Parking, Alarm and Lighting shortcoming.
