Is bipartisan health reform that provides cost containment without degrading care possible? 

 

In fact, it is. 

 

Rhode Island has made it happen over the course of almost a decade during the administrations of first a Republican governor and then a Democratic governor.

 

Even better, many prefer to very much prefer the changes instituted by Rhode Island.
