QUINCY – A Randolph woman appeared before a judge on Monday after police said she punched an officer in the face while causing a disturbance inside a Quincy restaurant.

 

Ironically, the cop slugger lives on Bittersweet Lane. 

 

Not so ironic is that the increase in this sort of unladylike behavior was predicted over 40 years ago as an only to be expected outcome of women’s liberation.

After all, why should men have a monopoly on behaving badly?  

 

Also ironic, the alleged female pugilist was said to not be inebriated at the time of the fisticuffs.

 

Rather, things apparently started to spin out of control over the bill. 

 

Perhaps she pooh-poohed the pu-pu platter …
