Amazon announces plans to rollout a one to two hour booze delivery service in Seattle.
In a move surely at least partially done in response to Target’s announcement this week that it will be offering both bar service and packaged alcoholic beverage sales in one of its Chicago stores, the other evil empire in Seattle has announced plans for an alcoholic beverage VIP delivery service for its Prime Now customers.
While it was not possible to obtain comment from the Seattle Police Department, one can only assume that likely declines in drunk driving will be at least somewhat offset by increases in domestic violence.
It was also not possible to find out from Amazon if it has any plans to use drones to help effect quick deliveries.
