A Vacant Stare

This vacant storefront next to the $tarbuck$ in Quincy Center near the MBTA station has been empty for so long that the Quincy Quarry couldn’t find anyone in Q who could remember the name of its last tenant – or if there ever was one for that matter.
So what, apparently, for the fact that this is a prime retail location for a small boutique within what is the last new retail space built in Quincy Center roughly a decade ago.
Maybe they are waiting for their Medical Marijuana dispensary license.  After all dude, perfect location: right next to a $tarbuck$.
