Quincy COVID-19 cases uptick.
After two weeks of the level to declining slightly levels, COVID-19 infections per 100,000 in Quincy ticked up by close to 5% this week and positive test rates went up by roughly 10% from last week’s levels.
Granted, these changes are slight.
At the same time, however, Quincy’s COVID-19 infection rate is now all but identical to the statewide average.
Even more troubling, the testing positive rate in Quincy is a now troubling half again higher than the statewide average.
Further, Quincy remains solidly in the Code Yellow COVID-19 risk range.
