While things have been relatively quiet in the Q of late as well as that the last thing the Koch Maladministration wants to see is anything hit the fan before this coming November’s local mayoral election, Quincy Quarry is likely to reduce these wishes to wishful thinking.

After all, City Hall during the Koch era is a target-rich environment – wicked target rich.

For but one category of viable opportunities for target practice, there are potentially innumerable articles to be written on just “curiosities” as regards Mayor Koch’s long problematic campaign fund.

In the meanwhile, we are in the midst of a federal government partial shutdown and arguable presidential temper tantrum even if so far no major problems have impacted enough of the domestic population for them to then press for a resolution. 

How long this and all manner of other ongoing snafus and tantrums will continue remains to be seen; however, Quincy Quarry suspects that they will continue until well after pitchers and catchers report and so kick off Spring Training, if not well into the 2019 NFL regular season.

Fortunately, there are all manner of laughs available to take the edge off things for at least some.
