Quincy rental car agency hit by pickup truck, five hurt.

 

A pickup truck barreled into a car rental agency in Quincy on Monday shortly before the traditional 5 PM start of the cocktail hour.

 

First responders said a Hertz employee was taken the hospital with injuries that are not life-threatening and four other people were evaluated at the scene for any possible needs of further medical treatment.

While the parking fit managed by the driver was arguably spot on as well as that parking spaces are ever-increasingly fewer and farther between in Quincy these days, responding Quincy police officers arrested the pick-up truck driver on charges of suspected drunk driving.
