In what is still breaking news, this morning a number of students at Quincy High School walked out of their classes to protest recent racially inflammatory events involving local high school students.
As if Mondays are not bad enough even if many are working remotely these days, just the evening rush hour was beginning, a stretch of Burgin Parkway in Quincy Center was shut down given a motor vehicle accident.
A said to be man in his 60’s was struck by a car while out on an early morning walk with one of man’s best friends that was also struck and so tragically killed.
The jury went out yesterday to decide its verdict and then did so so quickly that the presiding judge for the trial was able to sentence the sucker puncher to 3 to 4 years in prison by midafternoon today.
At the same time, one has to wonder why it took months to make these few parking stations available after first posting no parking signs precluding parking at these few spaces.
