Shortly after midnight last night a man was found shot in a stairwell within a large upscale apartment next to the Quincy Marriott Hotel within the Crown Colony office park. He later died of his wounds at an area hospital.
Details are scarce as regards the person holed up in a self-storage facility on the Quincy side of the Fore River Bridge other that statements from police that the public is not at risk.
