Have you lost track of time, cannot put your smartphone away for the night, feeling sluggish and/or perhaps having trouble sleeping after binge watching Thanksgiving Day football, streaming your brains out 24/7 and/or working remotely? If so, consider fasting.
In fact, before the Department of Public Health recently downgraded its ratings criteria, Quincy would most likely now be in Red Zone statue per its old ratings criteria.
Even more troubling, if the recent rate of local infections continue to increase as they have of late, Quincy will likely be solidly in the middle of the Yellow Zone come next week’s weekly update even per the state’s recently down-scaling of its COVID-19 risk ranking scales.
At the same time, the total number of locals infected to date is likely higher to as much as over ten times higher.
