Taunting Fenway fans

The Boston Red Sox are hosting their home opener today at Fenway and thus today is a high holy day for the Red Sox Nation faithful.
In turn, the weather today could not be more appropriate given the Red Sox record on the road at this point early point in the 2026 season: cool leaning into cold, cloudy and potentially drizzly, if not actually drizzily for a few innings.
In short, oh to be in New England when spring is in the air.

Even so, many of the faithful lined up overnight at the Fenway Park ticket window, food vendors setting up their grills and tapping their light beer kegs, and thus fans will have at least a few hours more enjoyment than their best day at work
