Weather giveth and weather taketh away.
After dumping serious snow on Quincy such that the City of Quincy’s Department of Public Works expensively fought Mother Nature to less than a draw, recent warm days greatly reduced lingering massive local snow piles down to dirty frozen slush piles.
Unfortunately, yesterday’s record high temperatures in the low seventies throughout Eastern Massachusetts are forecast to run in or at least close to much cooler seasonal average temperatures for most days until at least later on next week.

In any event, yet again the weather giveth and the weather taketh.
Accordingly, locals should expect a slowing of the spring thaw.
