— Quincy Massachusetts News by Quincy Quarry News – News, Opinion and Commentary
Quincy Quarry’s Citizen Police Scanner Monitor is back on the beat and so picked up tragic chatter on the Quincy Police Departnent’s radio channel of a particularly gruesome apparent domestic homicide at a large apartment complex behind Walmart last night.
In yet another Quincy Quarry News news scoop, the radio chatter indicated a call to Quincy police over a suspected stabbing.
Initially, a male covered in blood was apparently found outside.
Responding officers then found an assumed to be dead female inside amidst a said to be particularly gruesome and likely to be crime scene.
Before Quincy police moved over to the department’s encrypted radio Channel 2 or personal cellphones, word was also heard that a Massachusetts State Police Detective Unit was requested and such a unit investigates death cases.
In the meanwhile, official word about an apparent domestic homicide is pending.

Hey QuincyQuarry any news on the Emergency Management arrest?
Quincy has that new program the police chief was touting called “A Safe Ride Home.” Maybe they need to start a program like this strictly for City employees! From the Mayor’s female aide, to a Fireman without a license, to a Health Inspector without a license and now the Emergency Management Director, it might be time to order a statue of St. Mathias, (patron saint of Alcoholics) for the front of City Hall.
I heard Koch personally made the appointment of the Emergency Management Director in 2018 as a favor to the Wrestling coach for a family member. Standby for a nationwide search committee for his replacement. (Or let’s just take a gander at the campaign donation sheet and see who might win that job for $111, 000 a year! Mr. Mayor might want to have a dry Christmas Party this year & skip the steak tips!
Helen,
Funny you should ask.
Quincy Quarry News’ Citizen Police Scanner Monitor is 99% certain that he hear the police radio chatter of the arrest but not fully and thus the story was being worked, however, the South Shore broadsheet scooped the Quarry. It happens even if not often.
