After a week or so of reveling over the return of Major League Baseball and time consumed to facilitating yet another intervention for Quincy Quarry News’ sports editor, the Quincy’s Weekly Fish Wrap is back with new material.
Or at least with new variations on basically the same old/same old.
First up of note: someone is biding adieu to Quincy City Council before Ward 4 voters might instead pull their triggers.
City Counsel President Ian Cain has announced that he will not be running for reelection in the upcoming local elections.
In turn, so goes one down, however, there are still at least six more who need to go.
But not to worry for the council president as he is in his tenth year as an elected official.
As such, he will so be vesting his city pension, however paltry it may be given that a city council seat is ultimately but a side hustle dancing to the mayor’s tune.
Fortunately for ward heeler Cain there are other benefits anticipated to worked.
Speaking of working it, Quincy Quarry News exposéd how someone would clearly appear to be storing her but more likely his boat in the Quincy Public Schools’ bus yard.
