Quincy Quarry Police Scanner Snippets: Pedestrian Whacked Near Southern Artery Stop and Shop

Yesterday around noon yet another pedestrian was whacked in Quincy by a motor vehicle.

The scene of this latest whacking was in the vicinity of the Stop and Shop supermarket on Southern Artery and where multiple motor vehicle strikes have occurred, including both a pedestrian fatality and a bicyclist fatality.

Per Quincy Police Department radio chatter, those rolling to the accident scene appears to have been led by the Quincy Fire Department’s Ladder One with other first responders arriving shortly thereafter.

Quincy Quarry New Mobile Three also swung by the scene for at least a drive-by shortly after the lunch hour to see what could be seen; however, as there was nothing to see, Quincy Quarry can only reasonably assume that this pedestrian whacking was probably neither a fatal nor an especially serious injury strike.

Even so, yet another pedestrian whacking is yet another whacking.
